Guided Meditation

Here’s a guided meditation that’s been four years in the making. ☺️

Not that I’ve been sweating over it all this time, but it needed space to ripen and take shape.

I’d like to share it with you, because there was a time when I deeply needed something like this myself, yet couldn’t find it anywhere.

Why meditate?
